Where's this former level crossing? Gate posts and one gate still in situ.

S&DJR (Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway) Crossing at Blackmore Lane, Henstridge

The station was off to the left of the crossing

Clue, South Somerset, Restricted byway over line. The concrete posts can also be seen on the Glastonbury branch near Ham Wall RSPB reserve

Yes.

One day bradshaw, I'll find a location that has you stumped.

Some more pics of the former station environs at Henstridge.

Still some white paint on that gate. I wonder where the red discs went.

When's the next train Finn?

The A30 overbridge at Henstridge.

Somerset County Council have their footpath in an online map. This distinguishes between the different rights of way.

Yes, I like that they give location of gates, stiles and the like; as well as feedback and problems.
There is also one for Dorset
