If you won't do something yourself, why should you expect others to do it? Don't give others the horrid jobs you would not to yourself.
This campaign tip (no. 32) was published on Friday, 1st February 2019
Arrange things so that there are as few jobs that are nasty to everyone as possible. The old saying of "don't give someone else a job you wouldn't do yourself" is a starting guildeline - but you may be unfit, unskilled, or needed elsewhere - or simply dislike something that others enjoy.
Remember your "thank you"s to people who do the jobs for you!
OK - I wouldn't run a shoe shop ... but I would take care if I had to oversee one that the people who did do the job enjoyed it, and I would be there backing them up as need be.
