20:24 Portsmouth Harbour to Cardiff Central due 23:45 will be terminated at Portsmouth & Southsea.

It will no longer call at Fratton, Fareham, Southampton Central, Romsey, Salisbury, Warminster, Westbury, Trowbridge, Bradford-On-Avon, Bath Spa, Bristol Temple Meads, Filton Abbey Wood, Patchway, Severn Tunnel Jn, Newport South Wales and Cardiff Central.

It is being delayed at Portsmouth Harbour.
This is due to severe weather.
